Jake Ball to Chris Lynn SIX! This one goes all the way! That's power of Lynn. What a way to end the over and the Power Surge. A length ball, right in the slot for Lynn to show his muscles. He slams it. The fielder at deep square leg thinks that he is in with a chance. He throws himself to his left and tries to catch but it goes over him for half a dozen. 32 off the 2 Power Surge over.

Jake Ball to Lewis Gregory FOUR! That is a fine stroke to open the account. A fuller ball around middle from Ball. Gregory hits it over mid on. One bounce and into the fence.

Jake Ball to Jimmy Peirson OUT! CAUGHT! Bird has caught the ball between his legs. Wow! That is some way to hold onto the chance after failing to do so with the hands. A fuller ball outside off, Peirson looks to slam it through the covers but he ends up hitting it uppishly. It goes straight to Bird who looks to catch but the ball comes out of his hands. However, he tries to catch again but misses. The ball goes down but Bird manages to stick the ball between his legs before taking it in his hands. The third umpire has been called for. The soft signal is OUT. The third umpire checks a few angles and feels that there is nothing conclusive to overturn the on-field call. Will remain out.

Jake Ball to Jimmy Peirson FOUR! Peirson welcomes him with a boundary. A length ball around off, it was the slower one. Peirson whacks it through square leg to find the fence. This should break the shackles for Peirson.
