Binura Fernando to Mahmudullah, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! There it is! Game, Set, and Match! Sri Lanka beat Bangladesh and record their first points in the CWC League! A fuller ball on off and middle, Mahmudullah gets low and looks to play the scoop over the keeper, but does not connect well with his shot and only manages a tickle. Niroshan Dickwella hops and takes the catch. SRI LANKA WIN BY 97 RUNS!

42.2

Binura Fernando to Mahmudullah, FOUR! A full toss around off, this is punched through covers for a boundary. Also, brings up Mahmudullah's fifty here. Has been good throughout the series but his knock today, will not result in a Bangladesh win!

41.6

Wanindu Hasaranga to Shoriful Islam, OUT! CAUGHT! Islam departs and Hasaranga picks up his second wicket. The 9th wicket falls and the curtains are closing on this game. This is a googly around off, Shoriful Islam skips down the track and looks to bang this only manages a thin tickle. Niroshan Dickwella does well to pouch this one. Sri Lanka would want to close the game out now.

Wanindu Hasaranga to Mahmudullah, SIX! What a cracking shot. Tosses this one up and lands it around off, Mahmudullah gets low and slog sweeps this with venom over deep mid-wicket.

39.5

Wanindu Hasaranga to Shoriful Islam, SIX! KABOOM! Floated around off, Shoriful goes downtown and connects well. He sends it over the long off fence for a biggie. Is it too little, too late though?

38.6

Dushmantha Chameera to Taskin Ahmed, OUT! BOWLED! Chameera gets his 5-fer! What a wonderful performance this has been by the pacer. He has been bowling with pace, aggression, and more importantly, he has been hitting the right line and length.  A spicy yorker right in the blockhole. It would trouble any top order batter and it is too good for a number 9 batter.  Taskin cannot get his bat down in time and the ball hits middle and off stump.

38.4

Dushmantha Chameera to Mehidy Hasan, OUT! CAUGHT! Another one bites the dust and Chameera's wonderful evening continues. The extra pace of Chameera does the trick yet again. Dushmantha Chameera hits the deck hard. The ball hurries onto Mehidy Hasan. He looks to pull but does not time it at all. He ends up miscuing it to short mid-wicket where Gunathilaka takes a simple catch. 125 needed off 68. That looks farfetched. Sri Lanka need 3 wickets to finish the series on a high.

W

37.2

Wanindu Hasaranga to Afif Hossain, OUT! CAUGHT! Afif departs and Hasaranga gets his first wicket of the game. Flighted delivery on off, Afif had to go for it as the required run rate has been creeping up. Afif goes for a big slog sweep across the line. He does not time it as it goes off the upper half of his bat. It goes towards short fine leg. Dushmantha Chameera is having a field day, be it with the ball or on the field. He takes a simple catch. 129 needed in 76 balls and this looks too big an ask.

Ramesh Mendis to Mosaddek Hossain, OUT! CAUGHT! An easy catch and Bangladesh slip further in the game. Looks to be adventurous, but does not pull it off and gives his wicket away. Flighted on middle, Mosaddek Hossain gets low and looks to reverse sweep this one but only manages a top edge. The ball goes high in the air towards short third man and Binura Fernando runs and takes a good catch. 162 needed from 110 balls.

4

29.1

Ramesh Mendis to Mosaddek Hossain, FOUR! Darted quicker down the leg side, Mosaddek flicks it fine down the leg side. It hits the keeper's pad and goes to the fine leg fence. Mosaddek moves to 46 with that.

4

25.6

Ramesh Mendis to Mosaddek Hossain, FOUR! Much needed boundary here. Fuller and floated on off, Mosaddek Hossain takes a few steps and bangs this one over mid off. Boundary.

23.2

Ramesh Mendis to Mushfiqur Rahim, OUT! CAUGHT! The big, big wicket of Rahim has been snared and Ramesh Mendis is the wicket-taker this time. What a moment in this game. A sudden rush of blood for Rahim, as he skipped out of the crease, trying to play the big stroke, but he perishes. This is tossed up, around off, Mushfiqur Rahim looks to slam this one over long on and release some pressure but he only manages to get the height on this, no distance. Dhananjaya de Silva runs to his right and takes a brilliant catch. The man who has been in form throughout this series is not able to continue in the last game. 203 needed in 160 balls.

17.5

Chamika Karunaratne to Mosaddek Hossain, SIX! Just over! Short bal outside off, Mosaddek comes inside and pulls it. It comes off of the upper part of the bat but he gets enough to send it over the deep mid-wicket fielder for a biggie.

13.2

Chamika Karunaratne to Mosaddek Hossain, FOUR! Delightful shot! A much-needed one for Bangladesh! Full on middle and leg, Mosaddek waits for it and pushes it through mid on for a boundary.

W

9.3

Dushmantha Chameera to Tamim Iqbal, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Chameera strikes again and Sri Lanka snare another wicket. The Bangladeshi skipper, who has played well in this series, has been sent packing and Chameera is all over the batters here, as he gets his third wicket of the game. A slower and fuller ball outside off, Iqbal looks to push the ball to the off side, but only manages a thin outside edge, which is gobbled up nicely by Dickwella. An appeal and up goes the finger of the umpire. Iqbal does not hesitate in taking the review on this occasion. Ultra Edge rolls in and there is a thin spike as the ball goes past the bat and hence, the on-field decision stays on. The hosts in some trouble now. 259 needed from 243 balls.

4

8.2

Binura Fernando to Tamim Iqbal, FOUR! The skipper plays this one really well. A fuller ball, in the slot around off, Tamim Iqbal flicks this one over the deep mid-wicket fence for a boundary.

4

6.2

Binura Fernando to Tamim Iqbal, FOUR! Very well played. A good length ball on off, this is driven crisply through the mid on region and the ball races away to the fence.

W

3.2

Dushmantha Chameera to Shakib Al Hasan, OUT! TAKEN! Another one falls and Shakib's poor form with the bat, in this series continues here. A very good catch by the man and Bangladesh have not even crossed the double-digit mark, in terms of runs, and have already lost their second. Shortish and around off, slightly on the quicker side too, Shakib Al Hasan looks to pull but does not do so cleanly. Ramesh Mendis at square leg, backtracks slightly, and lunges to snare the ball out of thin air. A wonderful take and Chameera is on fire again. 278 needed in 282 balls.

W

1.1

Dushmantha Chameera to Mohammad Naim, OUT! TAKEN! Chameera strikes on his first ball and the opening stand of Bangladesh has been torn apart very early on, in the run chase. Naim, who is playing in only his second ODI, makes no impact with the blade for the Tigers. A length ball, outside off, angling away from the left-hander here. Naim looks to go fishing and swings his blade, away from his body here, but only manages a thick outside edge this time. Kusal Mendis takes the catch at first slip.
