Josh Hazlewood to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! Picks his spot brilliantly! Fine leg is very square and de Kock knows he just needed to get it fine and he does so brilliantly. This is well outside off. He moves towards the ball and scoops it towards the fine leg fence. Boundary. First of the chase.

Josh Hazlewood to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! That is why de Kock can't be given another chance. He is a top-class player and also in form! Fuller and outside off, he lofts it over extra cover for yet another boundary in this over.

2.1
Deepak Chahar to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! De Kock is now dealing in boundaries! Fuller and on middle, de Kock times it back past the bowler and down to the long on fence for a boundary.

Deepak Chahar to Quinton de Kock, OUT! THREE REDS AND DE KOCK IS A GONER! That is why I am not an umpire because that was hitting flush on the off pole! The dropped catch does not cost a lot and Chahar has got rid of the big fish. De Kock was looking dangerous but falls now. Chahar goes full and on middle. It is a straight delivery. Holding its line a little. De Kock looks to flick by leaning across but fails to connect. An appeal is made, Chahar is celebrating but it's turned down. The onfield decision is reviewed by Dhoni. Replays show that de Kock has to take the long walk back. 139 needed off 106 balls.

Josh Hazlewood to Anmolpreet Singh, FOUR! Really good shot! Josh Hazlewood is probably not bowling the right line with the field he has. This is angled into the pads, Anmolpreet Singh whips it over square leg for a welcome boundary. This will make him feel a lot better.

Josh Hazlewood to Anmolpreet Singh, SIX! Over the fence! What a shot! Anmolpreet Singh is growing in confidence here! Angled into the pads, this is whipped over the square leg fence for another biggie. Yet again the line is wrong from Hazlewood.

3.6
Josh Hazlewood to Anmolpreet Singh, FOUR! 26 is what Josh has gone for in his two overs. Not what Dhoni would have wanted after a wicket fell in the last over. This is a top shot though, probably the best in the over. Length and on off, this is pushed through covers with great timing. Races away to the fence.

Deepak Chahar to Anmolpreet Singh, OUT! TIMBER! Chahar could not have ended it better! Gets Anmolpreet Singh! Once again a batter starts to look good but then falls. The knuckle-ball does the trick. It is on off, Singh is through his shot early as he tries to flick. Misses it completely and the off pole is uprooted. 122 needed off 90 balls.

Shardul Thakur to Suryakumar Yadav, OUT! SKY is brought down by 'Lord' Shardul Thakur. He serves it on a length and around off, Suryakumar Yadav aims for an aerial shot, tries to loft it over the infield on the off side but mistimes it badly. The ball balloons in the air, Faf du Plessis quickly moves across to his left from mid off and completes the catch with a tumble. The idea from Yadav was right but he just failed to transfer his weight into the shot. This is a body blow to Mumbai.

Shardul Thakur to Saurabh Tiwary, FOUR! Saurabh Tiwary ends the Powerplay with a glorious drive. Fuller in length and outside off, Saurabh Tiwary unveils a well-timed stroke and pierces the gap between mid off and extra cover. Mumbai are 41/3, needing 116 more.

9.1
Dwayne Bravo to Ishan Kishan, FOUR! Almost drags it on. Bravo begins with his trademark slower one, on a length and around off, Kishan tries to drive through the line but it take the inside edge, beats the stumps and finds the fence at fine leg.

9.2
Dwayne Bravo to Ishan Kishan, OUT! Caught at short cover! Interesting field from MS Dhoni and Kishan has walked into the trap. Bravo once again offers no pace and delivers it outside off, it's on a length and angling away, Kishan leans into the drive but does so aerially. Suresh Raina is alert and takes the catch easily. Kishan knew what the plan was and is very disappointed with himself.

9.6
Dwayne Bravo to Kieron Pollard, FOUR! Shot! Dhoni came up to the stumps before this ball to prevent Pollard from using his feet but the length from Bravo is short and Kieron doesn't need to venture out. He rocks back and whacks it through cover-point for a boundary. Spoils a very good over of his fellow countryman. 95 needed at the halfway mark.

10.1
Ravindra Jadeja to Saurabh Tiwary, FOUR! Smashed! Consecutive boundaries for Mumbai! Powerful hit. Tiwary will enjoy this match-up. Fuller and on middle, this is smashed down to the long on fence for a boundary.

10.5
Ravindra Jadeja to Kieron Pollard, SIX! This is what I was talking about. This is that in-between length. On middle, slightly fuller. Pollard whips it over the mid-wicket fence for a biggie. His first and Mumbai will hope, first of many. That was not from the middle of the blade but such is the power of this man, it has gone the distance.

11.2
Dwayne Bravo to Saurabh Tiwary, FOUR! That is beautiful! Threads the gap wonderfully. This is fuller and outside off, there is a short cover, a cover and a mid off in place. Saurabh Tiwary hits it between them and it races away to the fence. Runs now flowing for Mumbai.

Josh Hazlewood to Kieron Pollard, OUT! THAT NOT ONLY LOOKS OUT BUT IT IS OUT! Three reds and is that the game for Chennai? The one who took the game away from Chennai last time around falls at a crucial moment and Josh Hazlewood gets the big fish. A much-needed wicket for the Aussie. He would have been slightly low in confidence after the beating he took earlier on but has come back and has struck gold. Gets this one to jag back in really sharply. It lands outside off, on a length. Comes back in. Pollard probably makes the mistake of not coming forward, he tries to flick but stayed rooted to the crease. Misses and the ball hits the pad. An appeal and the finger is raised. The review is taken but to no avail. A wicket goes down on 87, that's the devil's number and an Aussie has done the damage. Hmm... we love to be superstitious sometimes. 70 needed more by Mumbai.

Moeen Ali to Krunal Pandya, OUT! RUN OUT! Even the dive does not save Pandya and that has to be the game for Chennai as now, only the bowlers are left and the required rate has almost touched 12. Not sure where Pandya was trying to go. There was never a run available. Flatter and on the pads, this is worked to mid-wicket and Pandya takes off. He is halfway down and Tiwary sends him back. Bravo takes a step to his left, picks the ball up and fires it to Dhoni who whips the bails off. It is referred but Dhoni is celebrating and Pandya has started to walk off. Replays roll in and they show Krunal is short.

17.2
Deepak Chahar to Saurabh Tiwary, FOUR! A much-needed boundary for Mumbai. Fractionally short and close to off, Saurabh Tiwary camps back and clubs it down the ground. It races away to the long off fence in a flash. 44 needed off 16 balls.

18.1
Shardul Thakur to Saurabh Tiwary, FOUR! Saurabh Tiwary is certainly keeping Mumbai in the game. Full in length and wide outside off, Tiwary drills his drive through covers and finds the fence.

18.4
Shardul Thakur to Adam Milne, SIX! No need to be cheeky if you have the power! Thakur delivers it on a length and wide outside off, slower in pace, Milne latches onto it and launches it over wide long off.
W
19.2
Dwayne Bravo to Adam Milne, OUT! Caught in the deep! Dwayne Bravo delivers it on a length, slower in pace, as expected, Adam Milne tries to chance his arms, swings his bat across the line but it comes from the bottom half of his blade. Krishnappa Gowtham (sub for Ambati Rayudu) makes no mistake near the fence at deep mid-wicket.
W
19.4
Dwayne Bravo to Rahul Chahar, OUT! Another one bites the dust! The Bravo-Raina combo has one more wicket. Slower one, full and around off, dipping in, Chahar tries to heave but there is no elevation on his shot. A simple catch for Suresh Raina at short mid-wicket. Jasprit Bumrah has walked out.
