On October 15 (Wednesday), the 14-year-old started his term as the deputy with a short-lived yet highly charged knock, smashing 14 off five balls against Arunachal Pradesh.
The left-hander began Bihar’s response with two fours and a six in the first four balls before getting out on the fifth delivery. Nevertheless, he departed after striking at 280.00 but will be under the scanner for not converting his start into a substantial score against a weaker side.
