IPL 2025: 3 Famous Bowlers Who Have Never Dismissed Rohit Sharma In IPL History

These three bowlers are otherwise one of the best in the business, but have not been able to get Rohit out easily

Rohit Sharma might be going through one of his worst phases as a batter in international cricket and the Indian Premier League (IPL) if the previous season is considered. But even now, certain superstar bowlers have been unable to get the wicket of the Indian 50-over and Test captain and one of the most successful leaders in the league’s history.

Here are three famous bowlers who have been unable to get Rohit out in IPL history.

Mohammed Siraj

One of the most experienced bowlers in IPL history, Mohammed Siraj, has been unable to get the wicket of Rohit even once. The two have faced each other 10 times and even after bowling 55 balls to him, the former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) bowler, who will be turning out for Gujarat Titans this time around, has not been able to get the Mumbai Indians batter out.

Rohit has a rate of 5 balls per boundary against Siraj and a strike rate of 134.6.

Harbhajan Singh

Though Harbhajan Singh played alongside Rohit for a long time with the Mumbai Indians, after the Turbantor changed sides and before Rohit’s inclusion in Mumbai, the two faced each other in six innings, and the Punjab bowler was smashed at a strike rate of 129.6 by the Mumbai batter.

Rohit’s balls per boundary rate was 9 against Harbhajan as he faced 27 balls from the off-spinner throughout the IPL.

Mitchell Starc

Australia’s Mitchell Starc, the costliest player in the league’s history before the IPL 2025 mega auction, might have played fewer matches in the league. But even in those few games, he was unsuccessful in getting Rohit out.

The left-arm pacer, despite having the advantage of having the ability to get the ball back into the batter, which is a weak link in Rohit’s batting, has gone for 19 runs in 11 balls against the Mumbai Indians right-hander. His balls per boundary rate is 3.7 against Rohit.
