1) Which bowler has bowled more percentage of balls in a good length area and stump line in IPL 2023? 2) Has Jadeja bowled more percentage of balls on a good length and stump line in this IPL compared to other seasons? If not, what is the reason for his current success? - @Rohan8400

First question: In this IPL, among pacers who have bowled 15+ overs, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has bowled most deliveries on a good length. In 35 overs, 18.1 overs have been on a good length (51.9%). Mohammed Shami has bowled 50.3% of deliveries on this length. 

Among spinners in the above criteria (15+ overs), Mayank Markande leads the list with 81.7%. He has bowled 26.1 overs of length deliveries out of 32. Next in line is Kumar Kartikeya, with 78.4% (13.2 out of 17). Ravindra Jadeja is the sixth best with 75.2% deliveries on a good length. 

Among spinners, Wanindu Hasaranga has the highest percentage of balls hitting the wickets (49.4%), and among pacers, Anrich Nortje is at the top (34.3%).

Second question: That is a good observation. Ravindra Jadeja has bowled 75.2% of his deliveries on a good length, which is the most for him in a season of IPL in the last 10 years (Since 2013). 

However, he attacked the stumps more in 2021 (40.8%) and 2018 (40.2%) compared to this year (39.5%).

In the IPL, among bowlers who have bowled 15+ overs in a sub-130 total, Hardik Pandya has the highest economy. In 14 innings, he has picked up 11 wickets at an economy of 7.15 after bowling 26 overs. Next in line is Vinay Kumar, with 7.12 in 12 innings and 42 overs. 

What is the average speed of variations of Varun Chakaravarthy in IPL 2023 compared to the last season? - @darpanjain103

In this IPL, Varun Chakaravarthy has predominantly bowled googlies (53.6%) and leg breaks (32%). He has bowled at an average speed of 93.2 when bowling the googly and 93.9 while bowling the leg-break.

He has bowled at an average speed of 102 when he bowls the carrom ball (14 balls) and 101.8 when he bowls the flipper (12 balls). We are considering only the delivery types in which he has bowled five or more balls. 

Which top six batters have the lowest Balls per Boundary ratio in IPL 2023? - @HitmanCricket

In this IPL, among the top six batters who have faced 50+ balls, Deepak Hooda has the worst balls/boundary ratio. He has hit a boundary (four or six) every 17 balls. The top five batters in this list are Hooda (17.0), Sarfaraz Khan (12.4), Axar Patel (12.2), Riyan Parag (9.0), & Sai Sudharsan (7.9). For Axar, the values are only when he has batted as a top-six batter. 

Among batters who have scored 100+ runs, Sai's ratio of 7.9 is the joint-worst alongside Manish Pandey. KL Rahul with 7.5 and Mayank Agarwal with 7.1 are next in line.

In the 2023 edition of the IPL, Sanju Samson has scored at a strike rate of 141 against the pacers at an average of 22.7 (six dismissals). 

His most troubled lengths have been full-length and good length. On a fuller length, he has an average of 10.5 (two dismissals) and strikes at 123.5. On the 6-8 meter length, he averages 17.1 (three dismissals) with a strike rate of 126.2. 

Anything slightly short or on the back of a length, he has pounced on the opportunity to score. He has a strike rate of 160.9 on the back of a length delivery and 183.3 on short deliveries.

In this IPL, Shivam Dube has smashed 27 sixes, the most by an Indian player. Out of those 27, 17 sixes have been 80+ meter hits, nine above ninety, and three over 100 meters. (There are four sixes out of 27 where the distance isn't available to us). The average distance of Dube’s sixes this season is 87 meters. 

Among batters who have hit five or more sixes in this IPL, only Liam Livingstone (92.2) and Andre Russell (87.3) have a higher average distance (where data is available)

The most dot balls played by teams in the powerplay in this IPL. - @HarshBh73141502

In the powerplay this season, three teams have played 200+ dot balls. Among the three, Kolkata Knight Riders have played the most dot balls (210), followed by Delhi Capitals (201) and Lucknow Super Giants (200). Even in terms of dot ball%, these three teams lead the list with 53%, 50.7% & 50.5%. 

Royal Challengers Bangalore have played the least dot balls in this phase (155), followed by Chennai Super Kings (160) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (167).

Which batter has the highest SR in overs 16-20 in IPL 2023(min 10 balls faced)? - @ridham_shah_25

In this IPL, among batters who have faced 10+ balls in overs 16-20, Ajinkya Rahane has the highest strike rate (340). However, that was only in one innings. 

Vijay Shankar (269.1) has the best strike rate among batters, with 20+ balls in this phase. Liam Livingstone and Glenn Maxwell are behind him with 266.1 and 238.1.
