Follow UsThe Bangladesh men’s team have announced their squad for the upcoming three T20I series against Pakistan, and it's the same squad that recently featured in the 2-1 series victory against Sri Lanka away from home.
As per reports, the Pakistan squad has already reached Dhaka for the series, in which all three games will be held at the Shere Bangla Stadium in Dhaka on July 20, 22 and 24.
Bangladesh's batting group is in really good form, as Tanzid Hasan, Litton Das, Towhid Hridoy and Shamim Hossain had great contributions in the recent series in Sri Lanka, where their team came from 0-1 behind to win it 2-1.
Off-spinner Mahedi Hasan, who picked 4/11 in the final T20I against Sri Lanka, will look to continue the same form against Pakistan at home.
Notably, Pakistan had defeated Bangladesh 3-0 the last time these two nations clashed against each other in the T20I series in Lahore earlier this year. So far, Pakistan have won 19 of the 22 games played between the two sides.
