Follow UsBaroda cricket is introducing its brand new T20 cricket league, called the Baroda Premier League (BPL). BPL will run from June 15 to June 29 at the newly built Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara, where five teams will compete against each other in the 24 games that will be played during this time.
The matches will be played in a round robin format, with the four best teams out of the five qualifying for the playoffs, which will follow the same format used in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The league features veteran and well-known players from Baroda and Gujarat, including Vishnu Solanki, Atit Seth, Lukman Meriwala, Bhargav Bhatt and Lucknow Super Giants' pacer Akash Singh.

The games will begin from 2:45 PM and 6:45 PM on double header days, between June 15 and 29. On the days when only a single game is scheduled, the game will be played in the evening from 6:45 PM.
