Team In England Bowled Out For 2 Runs In Pursuit Of 427
Out of the two runs, only one run came off the bat
Chasing 427 to win in a 45-over per side contest, Richmond's fourth XI - a cricket club based in England - were bowled out for just two runs on May 24 (Saturday) in a Middlesex County League fixture.
Their innings lasted just 5.4 overs, with just one run coming off the bat, while the other was a wide.
Their opponents North London Cricket Club had smashed 426/6 from their 45 overs after they were asked to bat first. They were also gifted as many as 92 extras.
However, after that, their bowlers did the job, sending eight of Richmond's batters for a duck.
"A lot of context, but still not a result that we are proud of!" Richmond CC tweeted after the mammoth loss.
