England Announce Blockbuster White-Ball Series Against India In 2026 Summer

The Three Lions are set to host India for a five-match T20I series and a three-match ODI series

England are set to host India yet again next summer for a full-fledged white-ball series, including five T20Is and three ODIs, starting on July 1 (Wednesday). The fifth of the five-match series will be on July 11, following a three-match ODI series that begins July 14 (Tuesday).

But before the power-packed India series, the Three Lions will host New Zealand at home in a three-match Test series, which begins on June 4 (Thursday), at Lord’s. The next two Tests will be played at The Kia Oval and Trent Bridge in Nottingham.

However, the biggest event of the English summer next year will be the Women’s T20 World Cup, which will be hosted for the first time since 2009.

“The highlight of the summer will undoubtedly be the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, hosted here in England for the first time since 2009. It’s a huge moment for the women’s game, for Nat Sciver-Brunt and her team, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of players and fans. And just after that, we're thrilled that Lord's will also host an England Women's Test match for the first time, marking a really special period of time for the women’s game,” ECB Chief Executive Officer Richard Gould.

“I’m sure fans will be excited to watch Ben Stokes’ and Harry Brook’s England teams, the Men's red-ball and white-ball teams both offering so much in the way of entertainment. It's terrific to see so many different nations coming over to compete and we can expect another summer of big crowds and fantastic cricket."
