Fantasy Preview: West Indies vs Bangladesh, 3rd T20I

Here are a few tips that might help you create your fantasy team for the third T20I between West Indies and Bangladesh

After a below-par-outing in the Test series, Bangladesh and West Indies rekindled their rivalry in the shortest format of the game at Windsor Park in Dominica for the first two matches of the three-match series.

While the first game was abandoned due to relentless showers, West Indies produced a dominant performance in the second outing to record a 35-run win and go 1-0 up in the series.

With none of the games going in favour of the visiting side, they will be itching to make amends in the final T20I on Thursday, 7 July, at the Providence Stadium in Guyana and level the series.

Overall, the two sides have locked horns in 15 T20I matches, with the West Indies dominating their counterparts by winning eight games, and two encounters did not produce any result.

In T20Is since 2021, Mohammad Naim has been the leading run-scorer for the side, with 590 runs in 28 innings at an average of 21.85. However, a string of low scores has meant he is not a certainty to play.

Grand League punts

While Naim is not a regular feature in the playing XI, the onus of the side will rely on the skipper Mahmudullah, the second-highest run-getter with 546 runs in 30 innings at an average of 21.84 and a strike rate of 106.6.
