IMLT20: On-Fire Shane Watson Smashes His Third Hundred In Four Games
In Australia Masters’ clash against South Africa Masters, Watson hammered an unbeaten 122 off 61 balls
Shane Watson continues to be unstoppable in the ongoing edition of the International Masters League T20 (IMLT20).
The former Australia all-rounder, opening the batting for Australia Masters, began the tournament with a century against West Indies Masters, endured a failure against Sri Lanka Masters and racked up another ton two days ago against India Masters.
Today in Vadodara, Watson peeled off yet another ton to remarkably make it three hundreds in four games.
In Australia Masters’ clash against South Africa Masters, Watson hammered an unbeaten 122 off 61 balls, hammering nine fours and nine sixes. His efforts helped Australia Masters post 260/1, their second-consecutive 250+ score in the competition.
Against India Masters, Watson scored 110* as Australia Masters racked up 269/1. There, he put together an unbeaten 236-run stand with Ben Dunk, who smashed 132* off 53 balls.
Watson is also the captain of the Australia Masters. Meanwhile, Jacques Kallis is leading the South Africa Masters. Sachin Tendulkar is the captain of India Masters and he’s played many a dazzling knock already in this competition.
