Follow UsAfter their league stage clash 2019 World Cup, India and Pakistan will meet on the cricket field in the upcoming T20 World Cup and according to ANI, their game will take place on October 24 in Dubai.
"Yes, the arch-rivals will clash on October 24," a source told ANI.
India have been pooled in the same group as Pakistan alongside New Zealand and Afghanistan, while two more teams will join them in the Super 12s stage from the qualifiers.
The tournament, which was originally scheduled for last year in India, was postponed and eventually shifted to UAE and Oman due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The first round of the World Cup games may run from October 17 to 22 with four teams qualifying for the Super 12s, which are likely to be played at the Sheikh Zayad Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
Dubai and Sharjah are the other two host cities of the T20 World Cup which will be played from October 17 to November 14.
