David Warner
David Warner, one of the die-hard favourites of the Hyderabad people, thanks to his successful stint with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL, where he amassed 4014 runs in 95 matches at an amazing average of 49.56 and a strike rate of 142, made his Tollywood debut with the movie Robinhood, in which he played the character of drug dealer.
Brett Lee
Another overseas player, Brett Lee, who played in the IPL for Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, made appearances in two movies, Victory starring Harman Baweja and UnIndian, in which the Australian pacer himself played the leading role.
Irfan Pathan
An Indian cricketer to have acted in movies after Ajay Jadeja is Irfan Pathan. Pathan, who played for Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rising Pune Supergiants and Gujarat Lions in the IPL, made his movie debut with the Kollywood movie Cobra.
Apart from acting in movies, Irfan has also participated in reality shows such as Jhalak Dikhla Ja.
