The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 final between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals in Ahmedabad, entered the Guinness World Records for the largest attendance at a T20 match on Sunday, the BCCI confirmed.
The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad hosted a total of 101,566 for the final on May 29, 2022 which Gujarat Titans won by seven wickets.

The stadium which was recently renamed after current India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, first hosted an international match in 1983 between India and West Indies and last hosted an ODI between the same teams in February this year.
