Nehal Wadhera Plays One Of The Worst Knocks To Cost PBKS Maiden IPL title

Nehal Wadhera had an excellent Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. He was expected to come good even in the final, when he came in at five with Punjab Kings (PBKS) at 79/3 in the 10th over against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). PBKS needed 112 from 62 deliveries when Wadhera came in, with Inglis going great guns.

However, what transpired was that Wadhera played one of the worst knocks in an IPL final.

He was eventually dismissed by Bhhuvneswar Kumar, with 55 runs more needed off 22 deliveries. PBKS never really recovered from that and in the end lost the game by six runs despite Shashank Singh's unbeaten 51 off 30.
