So, understandably, there’s a lot of anticipation heading into IPL 2025. There’s a genuine belief that the 300 barrier might get breached this time around. 

Yet, over the years, the competition has also seen some embarrassingly low scores. In terms of the lowest team totals, RCB’s 49 all-out against KKR in 2017 stands tall as the single worst batting performance in the history of the competition. It is, in fact, the only instance of a team getting bowled out under 50 in IPL history.
