IPL 2025: KKR's predicted playing XI and squad composition

Despite winning the Indian Premier League 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) let go of their skipper Shreyas Iyer and the hero of their two playoffs’ encounters, Mitchell Starc. The Men in Purple, however, managed to retain Rinku Singh, Varun Chakaravarthy, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Harshit Rana and Ramandeep Singh ahead of the IPL 2025 auction.

That’s not it. KKR also got back Venkatesh Iyer, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Vaibhav Arora, Manish Pandey and Anukul Roy in the mega auction. They also acquired the services of Ajinkya Rahane, who is not only in great form but is also an excellent captaincy option. 

The IPL 2025 will start on March 14 and end on May 2025. The schedule for the tournament hasn’t been announced yet.
