Fresh from a return to Test cricket, the ever-consistent Karun Nair will hope to lead Mysore Warriors to another Maharaja Trophy title. No batter has scored more runs than Nair in the last three seasons, smashing 1,349 runs at 42.16 along with an impressive strike rate of 166.1. In his 36 innings, he has also smashed nine fifties and a couple of centuries.
Mayank Agarwal last played for India in 2022, but he is among the most consistent performers in the Maharaja Trophy. He is one of five batters to have scored over 1,000 runs in the tournament. His strike rate of 160.8 and having hit five fifties and three tons in 32 innings make him a dangerous player to contend with.
