The defending champions will take on Chennai Super Kings on Sunday in Dubai

Mumbai Indians have added Roosh Kalaria to their squad as an injury replacement for Mohsin Khan for the second half of the Indian Premier League 2021.

The fast-bowling allrounder from Gujarat had travelled to Abu Dhabi with the Mumbai Indians squad as a support player, and has now earned his first IPL contract.

The 28-year-old left-arm seamer has played 31 T20s and picked up 37 wickets at an average of 19.91 and a strike rate of 18.20. He has operated at an economy rate of 6.53.

He was inducted into the squad today during the team’s training session.

Mumbai won four of their seven encounters in the first half and are currently placed at No. 4 on the points table. The defending champions will take on Chennai Super Kings on Sunday (September 19) in Dubai.
