Pakistan's will consult legal experts to take action against the England and Wales Cricket (ECB) and New Zealand Cricket (NZC) after they cancelled tours citing security issues, Information Minister Fawad Chadhury said on Tuesday.
In a tweet, he said that consultations would be held with lawyers for taking legal action against the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the New Zealand Cricket (NZC).
In a tweet the minister alleged that an international lobby was working against Pakistan and said that lawyers will be consulted before taking legal action against the Boards. His remarks come a day after England cancelled their tour of Pakistan on Friday for security reasons which followed few days after New Zealand abandoned their limited-overs series at the final moment.
He said those who want to force Pakistan to surrender before them never succeed and they should end their misconception as early as possible.
Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ramiz Raja lashed out at the ECB and its allies for working against Pakistan.
"I am severely disappointed in England's withdrawal but it was expected because this western bloc gets united unfortunately and tries to back each other," he said.
