Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the schedule of the tri-national series involving hosts Pakistan, South Africa and New Zealand on January 25 (Saturday). The four-match tournament will be played in Lahore and Karachi.
While the first two games, which will involve all three teams, will be played at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, the last two including the final will be held at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

This series, the first ODI tri-series in six years after the last one which involved West Indies and Bangladesh in Ireland in 2019, will also serve as a dress rehearsal for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which will be hosted by Pakistan (except for India matches in Dubai).
While this tri-national series will kick off on February 8 and culminate on the 14th, the Champions Trophy will begin on February 19th and last till March 9, 2025.
