After Lucknow Super Giants, Royal Challengers Bangalore are the next franchise to announce a change at the helm of affairs. They've decided to let go off Mike Hesson and Sanjay Bangar, Director of Cricket Operations and Head Coach, respectively.

Mike Hesson joined the Bangalore based franchise in late 2019, and Sanjay Bangar came in a year later. They had a fairly successful stint at RCB - it saw Bangalore qualify for the playoffs in three of the last four seasons.
They also seemed to have built a good rapport with the players and management, something that isn't usually associated with RCB.
While the Super Giants have already announced Justin Langer as their new Head Coach, the Royal Challengers are yet to announce a replacement. It's still unclear as to whether they are retaining Adam Griffith, Malolan Rangarajan and Sridharan Sriram - their Fast Bowling, Fielding and Spin Bowling Coach respectively.
