
Rohit Sharma was on a record-breaking spree during the second ODI against England in Cuttack on February 9 (Sunday). He went past former India coach and captain Rahul Dravid in the tally of total runs scored in ODIs by an Indian batter.
Rohit, before this match, needed 22 runs to get past Dravid and reached the milestone with a straight six down the ground against Saqib Mahmood during the fifth over.
Rohit now ranks fourth among Indian players with the most runs in ODIs, with Sourav Ganguly, Virat Kohli, and Sachin Tendulkar are ahead of him.
