Australia are set to embark their white-ball tour of the United Kingdom. They will play 11 matches, starting with three T20Is against Scotland in Edinburgh, followed by three T20Is and five ODIs against England.
Australia will be trying their bench strength against Scotland, with their famous pace trio of Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood rested for the series. Hazlewood was selected for the tour but was ruled out due to a calf injury. Glenn Maxwell will also be missing these T20Is.
Scotland named a 17-man squad, adding Charlie Cassell and Jasper Davidson (maiden call-ups to the squad) to the 15 players who participated in the T20 World Cup in June.
