SLC confirm two-match Test series against Pakistan in July

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), on Wednesday, confirmed the two-match Test series against fellow Asian side, Pakistan at home in July. The first Test between the two sides will be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium starting July 16.

The second Test, will kick-off on July 24, at the R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium. Pakistan will arrive in Sri Lanka on July 6, with a scheduled three-day warm-up game in Colombo, beginning July 11. The series will serve as a valuable one for Pakistan, considering that it is part of the World Test Championship (WTC) cycle.
During Pakistan’s last visit to the country, they clinched home a 2-1 win in the thrilling three-match Test series.
