Vaibhav Suryavanshi took the world by storm with his exploits in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, where he turned up for the Rajasthan Royals (RR), including scoring the second-fastest century in the competition's history. The 14-year-old has been in excellent form for India Under-19 as well.
On July 2 (Wednesday), he played another gem as he slammed 86 off 31 against England Under-19 in a rain-curtailed 40-over contest in Northampton. He got to his fifty off just 20 deliveries, making it the second-fastest fifty for India in Youth ODIs. It's only behind Rishabh Pant, who got to a fifty off 19 balls against Nepal in Mirpur in the Under-19 World Cup.
