West Indies Women captain Hayley Matthews featured in a men's club game and scored 60 off 71 deliveries on a challenging surface.
Matthews was playing for ESA Field Pickwick against SigniaGlobe Financial BCA Youth in a three-day game of the Barbados Cricket Association's Elite Division League.
England paceman Jofra Archer featured in the same competition last year and registered figures of 5/7.
In the first innings, Pickwick were bowled out for just 62, with Matthews scoring only 2 runs. They did dismiss SigniaGlobe Financial BCA Youth for 177, with Matthews claiming one wicket with her offspin.
The right-handed batter walked out to bat No.4 in the second innings after her team had lost two wickets for as many runs and scored a game-changing fifty.
Thanks to her knock, Pickwick got to 256 in the second innings and set a target of 142. In reply, the oppositions were 25/2 at the end of day two.
Matthews’s father and brother have also played in the same competition for Pickwick.
