Unlike the traditional method, where an opening ceremony is held before the start of the first match, this time, it will be held during the mid-inning break of the GG vs RCB fixture.
Renowned Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana will perform during the mid-innings break on Friday. However, that is not it, on February 15 (Saturday), singer Madhubanti Bagchi will perform during the Mumbai Indians (MI) vs Delhi Capitals (DC) mid-inning break, also in Vadodara.

All WPL matches will begin at 7.30 PM IST, and there will be no double-headers in this edition.
