Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 will kick-off on February 14, with Gujarat Giants taking on defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. The caravan-style tournament will be played across four venues, the first in WPL history with Vadodara, Lucknow, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians will start their campaign against Delhi Capitals in a rematch of the first year's final on February 15. Meanwhile, UP Warriorz will face Giants in their first clash the next day, completing one game for every team. A total of six games will be played in the Vadodara leg, with the Warriorz clash against the Capitals being the last at the venue.
The caravan will then move to Bengaluru, where eight games will be played. Hosts RCB will take on MI in the first game on Friday (February 21). RCB will face DC in the last game at the venue on March 1.
However, there will be only four games in Lucknow, three of them will be played by the hosts Warriorz, with GG vs DC being the other fixture (March 7). The last two group-stage fixtures will be MI vs GG and MI vs RCB in Mumbai. Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai will host Eliminator on March 13, followed by the final on March 15 (Saturday).
