Matthew Short to Usman Khawaja, OUT! It's a clean catch, finds the third umpire and Matthew Short hits the jackpot. Have to say, it's an exceptional catch from Fawad Ahmed. Floated delivery, full and outside off, Usman Khawaja shimmies down the track to loft it over covers but he ends up slicing it towards short third man. The ball is dipping in front of Fawad Ahmed who goes down low to grab it inches above the surface. He gets up and is claiming the catch. Adelaide celebrate. The umpires though want to get it checked. The third umpire watches multiple replays and then makes the decision that Fawad has wrapped his fingers underneath the ball. The giant screen waits for the decision but there seems to be some issue. The red light is flashed where the third umpire sits and Khawaja trudges back. A massive moment in this match. A bit controversial too. The fingers were spread and some part of the ball appeared to be touching the ground. 129 needed off 81 balls.

Harry Conway to Alex Ross, OUT! A collision between Carey and Thornton but the latter has taken the catch. 9 needed off 2 balls. Another slower one, on a length around off, Alex Ross has to go after it and he swings his bat but only to get a top edge. It flies behind towards short fine leg and Alex Carey runs behind to attempt for the catch. Henry Thornton also reacts to his right from short 45. No calling between them and they collide.
