The Delhi Bulls skipper, Dwayne Bravo says that, this is a tournament in which games come thick and fast. Adds that there will always be times when other teams will beat you and the team showed a lot of character after losing two on the bounce. Mentions that the players who have come in have done a good job and gives a special mention to Rahmanullah Gurbaz and is ecstatic that the world gets to see him play. On Sherfane Rutherford's injury, Bravo says that he had a slight back injury and it's good that they have a break tomorrow, so they will look to regroup.
Rahmanullah Gurbazm is the Player of the Match. He says that he is happy with his performance and tells that he had the backing of his skipper, Dwayne Bravo. Tells that in the short format you don't have much time and so he looks to go hard from ball one.
... PRESENTATION TIME ...
Earlier in the night, Rovman Powell led from the front and got his team to a sizeable total of 128 runs. However, the Delhi Bulls openers, Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Luke Wright just proved to be too good at the top and their century partnership made sure that they got their fourth win of the touranment.
Outclassed and outmuscled is the term to be used for most Northern Warriors bowlers tonight. Oshane Thomas, Imran Tahir and Josh Little all went over 15 runs per over and were taken to the cleaners by Gurbaz and Wright. Umair Ali and Rayad Emrit were decent and picked up a wicket each at the back-end of the innings. However, the bowlers at the top had leaked way too many runs and even though the game was taken to the final over, they never seemed like winning it.
The Delhi Bulls openers were a class apart tonight! Rahmanullah Gurbaz in particular, came out with positive intent and played a few streaky shots in the start. Once he got his eye in, Gurbaz smashed the Northern Warriors bowlers to all parts of the ground on his way to 70 runs off just 32 balls. He along with Luke Wright put on 116 for the first wicket but Gurbaz just fell before finishing things up and things got interesting as Romario Shepherd too fell. Sherfane Rutherford got injured but up stepped Eoin Morgan and hit the winning runs with just one ball to spare.
Well, well! It looked like Delhi Bulls would win the match with overs to spare but a slight collapse towards the finish line made this match so, so close but in the end Delhi Bulls and specially Eoin Morgan kept his nerves to get them over the line. They now climb up to second spot in the points table. As for Northern Warriors, they remain on just the one win from six matches now.

Umair Ali to Eoin Morgan ,SIX! There it is! Eoin Morgan takes his team over the line! A slower ball, on a length, just outside off. Morgan skips down a bit and slaps it over long on for a biggie! He clears the long on fielder by a very small margin though! Delhi Bulls WIN THE MATCH BY 8 WICKETS!

Umair Ali to Eoin Morgan ,Another slower ball, into the deck, around off. Eoin Morgan skips down and looks to heave it away but it goes off the inside edge behind the sticks. The batters take a run.
Sherfane Rutherford has gone down holding his back and seems to be in a lot of pain. The physio is out and is having a look at hime. Hope he's fine. Not a good sight, as Rutherford is being carried out of the ground. Eoin Morgan comes in to replace him with 4 runs needed off the last 4 deliveries. Also, just to clear it out, if there is a tie tonight, the teams will each get one point as there is no Super Over.
