The rest of the members of the playing XI were each fined lesser of either Rs 6 lakhs or 25 percent of their individual match fee," an IPL media release stated.

With this win over MI, KKR move into the top four and now have eight points from nine matches. They have won both their matches since the return of the IPL, first beating Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by nine wickets and then followed it up with yet another brilliant performance against defending champions MI.

KKR next take on MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Sunday (September 26) in Abu Dhabi.
