Lanning also averages close to 50 at a strike-rate of 130 in WT20s this since 2022.
Sophia Dunkley smashed the fastest-ever fifty in WPL getting to her landmark off just 18 deliveries against RCB. She has been in good touch in WT20s this year as well, having smashed 794 runs at a strike-rate of 128.3 in 33 innings.

Marizanne Kapp was South Africa’s leading wicket-taker in the Women’s T20 World Cup, with nine scalps at an economy rate of 6.27, where her side made it to the final. While she has not been as prolific with the ball in the WPL, she has played a couple of cameos with the bat, striking at over 172 in the tournament.
Kapp’s international teammate Laura Wolvaardt finished the Women’s T20 World Cup as the leading run-getter with 230 runs at 46. Before coming into this tournament, she also scored a fifty in the Women’s exhibition match in Pakistan. The opening batter will hope to link up well at the top with Dunkley.
