The Pakistan players' participation is still in doubt as they would need permits to travel to India.
The first season of the LCC was played in Muscat last year comprising seven matches between three teams - India Maharajas, World Giants and Asia Lions. Darren Sammy-led Giants beat Misbah-ul-Haq's Lions in the final by 25 runs. Former India batter Mohammed Kaif captained the Maharajas in the first edition.
