IPL 2025: Special Buses Introduced for RCB Home Matches

The buses will help fans navigate to and from the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium

The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has announced special buses to chauffer fans around for Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) home matches. These buses will start from RCB's first home fixture against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on April 2 (Wednesday). 

The buses will be available to all the fans travelling to and from the M. Chinnaswmy Stadium. The services will be available on April 2, 10, 18, 24, and May 3, 13, and 17. This move has been taken to accommodate the surge in demand, and as a result, the buses will operate from all over the city.

The designated routes include: SBS-1K: M. Chinnaswamy Stadium to Kadugodi (via HAL Road), G-2: Sarjapur, G-3: Electronic City (via Hosur Road), G-4: Bannerghatta Zoo, G-7: Janapriya Township (via Magadi Road), G-10: R.K. Hegde Nagar, Yelahanka (via Nagavara, Tannery Road), 317G: Hoskote, 13: Banashankari.

Mumbai Indians (MI), too, had announced a similar initiative to help their fans navigate to and from the Wankhede Stadium. They had announced a partnership with Uber for the same.
