Punjab Kings, who have already qualified for IPL 2025 playoffs, have received a further boost on May 20 (Tuesday) with the availability of key overseas players. The overseas quartet of Marcus Stoinis, Josh Inglis, Aaron Hardie and Kyle Jamieson will return to Punjab’s setup ahead of their clash against Delhi Capitals on May 24 (Saturday).
While Hardie is yet to make his IPL debut, PBKS have used the duo of Stoinis and Inglis quite extensively, with Inglis even making a strong impact for the franchise. Inglis has hit 92 runs in six innings at a strike rate of 139.39, including a 14-ball 30 against LSG in his last game. Stoinis’ last appearance too was in the same game, where he scored 15 (5) and bowled a solitary over.
Jamieson, too, will be joining the squad for the first time since being named as Lockie Ferguson’s replacement. In PBKS’ last clash against RR, they picked Azmatullah Omarzai, Xavier Bartlett, Mitch Owen, and Marco Jansen as their four overseas players.
