Virat Kohli Doesn't Have Another Australian Tour In Him, Drops Big Hint About Post-Retirement Plans

Kohli had a poor tour of Australia this time around compared to his previous Australia tours, scoring just 190 runs

Indian sports legend Virat Kohli confirmed that the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 was probably his final tour of Australia as a player. The 36-year-old also said that he has his plans ready for retirement.

Speaking at the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Innovation Lab Indian Sports Summit, ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, Kohli said, “I might not have another Australia tour in me, so I am at peace with whatever happened in the past.”

Kohli had a poor tour of Australia this time around, compared to his previous Australia tours, scoring just 190 runs with the bat.

So, as it almost seems certain that the 2027 ODI World Cup might be his last international appearance, what would Kohli do after retiring?

“I actually don’t know what I will be doing post-retirement. Recently, I asked a teammate the same question and got the same reply. Yeah, but maybe a lot of travelling,’ revealed the 36-year-old.

The Indian batting maestro will be seen plying his trade for RCB in IPL 2025.
