WATCH: Rinku Singh Left Shell-Shocked As Kuldeep Yadav Slaps Him Not Once But Twice

It was a late realisation, but the social media eventually picked up that what Kuldeep Yadav of the Delhi Capitals (DC) did in the post-match players’ meet after their side's loss against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) was actually wrong.

Kuldeep casually slapped Rinku Singh of the KKR, not once but twice. While in the first slap, the player just snapped and was still laughing from the previous joke going on, the second slap, seconds later, from the spinner, left Rinku shell-shocked.

Both Rinku and Kuldeep play for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and are also part of the Indian team in the shortest format.

However, this is the first instance of such a thing happening, as, in terms of jokes, players are often seen pulling each other’s legs while talking, but to go as far as slapping someone, even while joking, was too far-fetched. 

No clarification has been issued so far by either the players or their team management.
