Moeen Ali will miss at least CSK's first game of the season vs KKR (on the 26th) owing to visa complications. Should the visa issue prolong, he could very well end up missing more clashes. CSK take on LSG on March 31 and PBKS on April 3.

For Rajasthan Royals, the only concern is the availability of Rassie van der Dussen for their first game of the season vs Sunrisers. His availability for the clash will depend on when he gets out of quarantine.
